Your core focus is building an exceptional standard in insurance broking, with group wide visibility and scope. There will be pipelines to build, specific skills gaps to fill and periods of volume hiring.

How you’ll work
You’ll operate across market, business, and delivery – engaging talent, partnering with senior leaders on hiring needs, and ensuring hiring happens effectively and at pace.
You’ll use insight and judgement to shape hiring decisions
The role spans specialist insurance hiring (broking and sales) alongside broader group demand, requiring strong prioritisation and the ability to flex between focus areas.

What you’ll bring
You’ll bring:
- experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or in-house recruitment within competitive markets
- background in insurance, financial services, or regulated environments (preferred but not essential)
- proven capability in proactive sourcing and headhunting passive talent
- strong judgement on capability, potential, and cultural fit
- ability to turn market insight into practical hiring outcomes
- resilience, energy, and pace in high-pressure, competitive environments
- commercially minded, proactive approach to talent delivery
