If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.Hybrid: Midlands-based 2-3 days in the office or remote contracts for candidates outside of 35 milesPaying up to £120,000 + bonus + packagePermanentExperis are partnering with a highly successful and growing software organisation undergoing a major AI-led transformation, where intelligent systems are being embedded across a global product portfolio.We are supporting the search for an EHS / Quality Transformation Lead (AI Products), a unique and highly strategic hire responsible for defining how AI systems interpret, reason, and make decisions in regulated environments.This is a rare opportunity to shape how AI behaves in the real world by translating domain expertise into structured standards, classifications, and decision frameworks that underpin AI model development.What You’ll Be DoingDefining what ‘correct’ looks like across regulated domains such as EHS, Quality, and ComplianceCreating taxonomies, classification frameworks, and annotation standards used to train AI modelsDesigning evaluation frameworks to ensure models are accurate, consistent, and trustworthy in real-world useLeading and mentoring a team of Domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across multiple disciplinesActing as the domain authority, resolving ambiguity and ensuring consistency in decision-makingPartnering closely with product and AI engineering teams to translate domain knowledge into model behaviourShaping the regulatory corpus and knowledge base, determining what data is included and prioritisedSupporting the development of AI-enabled products that operate in highly regulated environmentsExperience RequiredProven experience in regulated industries (e.g. EHS, Quality, Compliance, Risk, Audit)Strong understanding of frameworks such as ISO standards, RIDDOR, GxP, or similarDemonstrated experience defining or owning standards, policies, or frameworksExperience making real-world regulatory or operational decisions (not purely advisory)Strong leadership experience, ideally managing or influencing cross-functional or domain expert teamsAbility to operate across multiple domains xwzovoh or business units, not just a narrow specialismExcellent communication and written skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into structured guidanceCuriosity and openness toward AI and emerging technologiesWhy JoinOpportunity to define how AI systems make decisions in real-world, regulated environmentsJoin a business investing heavily in AI as a core product capabilityShape a new function and team from the ground upHigh visibility role working closely with senior leadership across product and AIIf you’re interested in learning more, please reach out to Jacob Ferdinand atIf you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website….
