Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a diverse range of real estate projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.




• Lead and develop the planning team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.




• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.




• Drive business development initiatives to identify and secure new opportunities.




• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.




• Provide strategic input into the company’s growth and development plans.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.




• Strong leadership and team management skills.




• Excellent knowledge of the planning process and regulations.




• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.




• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.




• A proactive and results-driven approach.




• Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority is required.
