We are looking for a good all round Multi Trader to work within Property services. It will involve carrying out repairs & maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. You must have 2-3 of the following trades so either, minor Carpentry, minor plumbing, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Locks, UPVC, windows, Painting, roofing, slabbing, fencing, Brickwork, Grounds work experience.

Daily Multi Trader responsibilities are:

• Carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer care
• Good all round Multi Trade experience

Multi Trader Requirements:

• Must have a full UK driving licence

Benefits for the Multi Trader role:

• Van and fuel card supplied
• £34,000 – £36,000
• 31 days paid holiday
