A fast-growing creative studio specialising in motion graphics and visual storytelling for major global sporting, eSports, and entertainment events is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join its team.
The studio delivers high-end title sequences, broadcast graphics, promos, and live event visuals for internationally recognised sports and entertainment brands. The team is creatively driven, collaborative, and passionate about producing industry-leading visual content across broadcast, digital, and social platforms.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and hardworking Motion Graphics Designer looking to develop their career within a high-performance creative environment.
You will collaborate closely with Designers, Producers, and Directors to create engaging motion content for broadcast, live events, social media, and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience working within sports content and a genuine passion for major sports such as football, rugby, and motorsport.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and animate motion graphics for sports, entertainment, and live events
- Create on-screen presentation graphics packages (OSP), title sequences, and promotional content
- Develop concepts, style frames, and storyboards from creative briefs
- Work across both 2D and 3D design pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver polished, on-brand visuals
- Adapt content across multiple platforms and formats
- Manage project timelines and respond effectively to feedback
- Take ownership of projects from concept through delivery
- Communicate efficiently with clients and stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a motion design, broadcast, or creative studio environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design work across 2D and/or 3D
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Experience with Cinema 4D or equivalent 3D software
- Additional experience with Unreal Engine, Blender, X-Particles, or Nuke is advantageous
- Strong understanding of digital and social media trends
- Excellent attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Passion for sport and storytelling through motion design

Working Pattern
