Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Manager to join our Financial Resources Forecasting & Analysis team as part of FP&A in London. You will coordinate credit and compliance initiatives across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Banking, Treasury, Risk and Financial Controllers to support growth with reliable forecasts and capital planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic modeling: Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for group and entity forecasts, new launches and product offerings.
- Corporate finance modelling: Manage scenario forecasts and outputs for corporate finance scenarios.
- Business partnering: Provide insights and data to stakeholders in Risk, Banking, Treasury and regional finance.
- Process innovation: Automate legacy processes and leverage new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Capital efficiency & allocation: Monitor headroom and model strategies to improve liquidity and capital utilization across the group.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a regulated environment such as banking, asset management or fintech with knowledge of prudential regulations (CRR, IFPR).
- Expertise in building three‑statement financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and understanding macro‑economic effects.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- Resilience and adaptability in uncertain, changing environments.
- Team‑oriented mindset and commitment to knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Requirements

- Hands‑on experience with Anaplan or Planful.
- Deep familiarity with IFPR or stress‑scenario modelling.
- Passion for automating manual processes and right‑sizing controls.
Compensation
£88k-£95k
