A leading London fit out contractor is looking for a Technical Services Manager to join their growing team. This is a confidential hire for a well-established business delivering high-quality CAT A & CAT B schemes.

You’ll be working on short programme projects (up to 12 weeks), often running multiple jobs simultaneously, so pace, organisation, and clear decision-making are critical.

The role

• Lead technical services from pre-construction through to handover
• Manage multiple live projects at the same time (fast turnover environment)
• Coordinate MEP design, procurement, and installation
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, compliance, and programme alignment
• Drive delivery against tight deadlines without compromising standards
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep projects moving forward

What they’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager within fit out
• Strong track record delivering CAT A & CAT B projects
• Comfortable managing several projects concurrently
• Confident across both technical coordination and site delivery
• Strong understanding of MEP systems in commercial interiors
• Able to work at pace and make decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication across clients, consultants, and subcontractors
