Position Overview
We are looking for an 8a Older Adult Clinical Psychologist to join the Buckinghamshire Psychological Therapies Team for a 9 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to care provision by providing consultation to the multidisciplinary team and supporting the creation and implementation of care and treatment plans.
- Undertake psychological assessments, including neuropsychological assessments when appropriate.
- Deliver individual psychological interventions where appropriate.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of individual interventions.
- Provide consultation and supervision to colleagues in the delivery of psychologically informed treatments.
- Provide ad hoc advice and guidance to colleagues in inpatient wards, social care, and GPs regarding care plans for patients with psychological care needs.
- Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the local policies and procedures to govern psychological practice within the ward.
