Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage land acquisition processes in alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
Conduct thorough legal due diligence for real estate assets and transactions
Handle real estate transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant legal documentation
Qualifications
A law degree (J.D. or equivalent) and licensed to practice law
7 to 10 years of legal experience, strictly within top-tier law firms or leading real estate companies
Proven track record in handling high-value property matters and navigating complex real estate laws
