This is a high‑impact leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments, can inspire high‑performing teams, and knows how to turn security operations into a true business enabler.
You’ll own and mature a 24/7 Security Operations function across:
- Threat & Vulnerability Management
- Offensive & Defensive Security Operations
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience leading global Security Operations teams
- Strong strategic and technical cyber background
- Experience building or transforming mature SOC capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes
- Hands‑on mindset when needed
