The Role
You will:
- Build and lead a high-performing telesales team from scratch
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales talent
- Design telesales processes, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Drive qualified pipeline and new business for large-scale D&B projects
- Work closely with senior leadership and delivery teams to convert opportunity into revenue
- Create a commercially sharp, high-energy sales culture
Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
This role must be filled by someone who has:
- Strong, hands-on telesales experience within a Commercial D&B (Design & Build) company
- A deep understanding of workplace, office fit-out, and commercial interiors sales cycles
- Experience selling into end-users, landlords, agents, or occupiers
- A proven track record of building or scaling telesales / inside sales teams
- If your background isn’t in commercial interiors D&B, this role won’t be the right fit — and that’s intentional.
