Fullstack Software Developer with C# Asp.net

Our Client is an established leader with a widely used commercial software in the financial markets.

They are looking for an additional Software Developer to join a team with extensive experience in developing software with C# and .NET Core— at least 5 to 7 years experience.

Responsibilities

1. Writing efficient code using best practice for software development.
2. Creating websites using different languages such as HTML and CSS.
3. Working with programmers and web designers to create a website that matches the visual design intent.
4. Communicating with business colleagues to gather and refine requirements and specifications for content development within agreed-upon timelines.
5. Researching a variety of software programs.
6. Creating and maintaining documentation for software used.
7. Improving and enhancing websites after they have been created.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years experience in web development, preferably in organizations similar in size and complexity.
2. Experience in debugging, profiling, developing, testing, and deploying web applications.
3. Strong command of C#, MVC, ASP.NET/Core, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, Bootstrap.
4. Familiarity with UI binding frameworks such as Vue.js, AngularJS, React, or Knockout.
5. Experience using IIS and understanding of MVC pattern, REST APIs, and ASP.NET controllers.
6. Knowledge of security vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP) and mitigation best practices.
7. Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of SEO.

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: £55K – £75K plus benefits.

Location & Working Arrangement

Client offices in the City of London and near Basildon in Essex. Role based 2 days at the Essex office, 3 days remote.
