Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Leadership: Drive growth across a high-quality franchise portfolio spanning Passives, Interconnect, Electromechanical, and Power.
  • Strategic Ownership: Shape and execute a territory strategy focused on sustainable revenue and margin expansion.
  • Complex Markets: Lead activity across high‑reliability sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Transportation, and Industrial.
  • Key Relationship Management: Develop and strengthen partnerships with major OEMs, EMS providers, and leading global manufacturers.
  • Team Development: Optimise account ownership and build clear development pathways to elevate team performance and market reach.
  • Solutions‑Focused Approach: Work cross‑functionally to deliver tailored customer solutions, including strategic inventory and lifecycle management.

Requirements

  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrable experience within electronic components distribution is essential.
  • Commercial Leadership: A results‑driven leader who combines a proactive “hunter” mentality with the ability to coach, structure, and develop a team.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong working knowledge of passives, interconnect, electromechanical, or power products.
  • Field‑First Approach: Comfortable operating in a remote, field-based role, with a consistent presence in front of customers to drive new opportunities.
  • Credible Communicator: Confident, engaging at all levels, with the ability to influence, present, and manage key stakeholders effectively.
  • Mobility: Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region as required.
