About You
- A New Car Sales Executive with 2 years experience, an enthusiastic personality and who is self‑motivated.
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team.
- The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements
- To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a sales executive, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
For your first 5 days in the business, you’ll be attending our residential induction academy at a hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you’ll learn all about our business before you start your new role.
