Recruiting Legal Professionals across the South East of England

A progressive and supportive law firm in Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic Children Law Solicitor (1–2 years PQE) to join their busy and growing team. The Opportunity

Full-time, office-based permanent role

Work on a varied caseload of private and public law children matters
Gain exposure to complex cases, working alongside experienced solicitors
Opportunity to develop towards Law Society Children Panel accreditation

Key Responsibilities

Manage a mixed caseload of childcare law matters from initial instruction through to completion
Provide clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice
Conduct your own advocacy and represent clients at court where required
Work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest level of service and client care
Contribute to the firm’s supportive and collaborative team culture

Requirements

1–2 years’ PQE in Children Law
Experience in handling both private and public law proceedings
Strong advocacy skills and confidence representing clients in court
Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred legal work
Ability to manage a busy caseload under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
Ambition to work towards Children Panel membership
