Ofsted-Registered Children’s Home Manager — Visa Sponsorship

Destinydot is looking for an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee a 2:1-staffed home. This position offers visa sponsorship, a competitive salary of £30k in the first year and potential earnings up to £60k, including bonuses for youth retention and performance ratings.

Applicants should have at least one year of experience as a deputy manager in a relevant setting and be fluent in English. A driving licence is preferred. The role requires on-call duties and teamwork.
