- High-quality wills, probate and estate planning work with genuine career progression
- Join a growing North West firm that combines traditional client care with a modern, people-first culture
- Flexible working, strong wellbeing support and a collaborative environment where people stay long term
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a respected and growing team in Greater Manchester, handling a broad mix of wills, probate and estate planning work for individuals, families and business owners across the region.
Based primarily from the Bury office, you’ll manage a varied caseload including wills, trusts, LPAs, estate administration and inheritance tax planning, with exposure to more complex matters involving discretionary trusts, family businesses and agricultural estates. You’ll also advise bereaved families through probate and estate administration matters, offering practical, empathetic guidance at what can often be a difficult time.
The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and support. You’ll be trusted to run your own caseload while working closely with an experienced and collaborative team that values knowledge-sharing, development and long-term progression. There’s also scope to get involved in networking, business development and community engagement as you establish yourself within the wider firm.
The culture is professional but grounded, with a strong emphasis on client relationships, inclusivity and continuous development. The firm has invested heavily in its people, systems and working environment over recent years, creating a place where ambitious lawyers can genuinely build a long-term career.
