Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 40 Hours

Leads a busy, fast‑paced workshop operation, driving performance, developing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations and performance
• Drive excellent customer service and build strong relationships
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and labour utilisation
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team
• Ensure high standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance
• Support recruitment, performance management, and team engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Strong management experience within a workshop or commercial environment
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• A confident decision‑maker with excellent organisational ability
• Experience in vehicle or technical service operations (desirable)
• A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to thrive in a busy environment
