Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast‑paced manufacturing company? We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) team as a key member. As a EHS Specialist, you will report directly to the QEHS Manager and play a vital role in driving the site’s environmental, health and safety agenda, implementing new processes, and influencing positive change.
How will you make an impact?
- Lead and coordinate site‑wide EHS activities, ensuring compliance with legal, company, and food safety standards
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and quality‑focused culture across teams and departments
- Support and continuously improve EHS systems, policies, training, and site improvement plans
- Drive data‑led decision making, reporting, digital adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with internal teams, customers, and external authorities, including audits, investigations, and customer relationship support
What will you need to succeed?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a health & safety specialist or manager role within the FMCG industry.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills, capable of establishing genuine and productive connections.
- Ideally, a degree or equivalent qualification within a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated professional integrity and a passion for excellence.
- Proficiency in IT skills.
