This role focuses on spare parts, accessories, retrofit solutions, and service sales while enhancing market coverage and customer satisfaction. The position combines commercial, technical, and customer service responsibilities and operates under general supervision, managing moderately complex business and customer scenarios.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activities – Spare Parts, Options & AccessoriesDrive and exceed spare parts and accessories sales targets in terms of revenue, margin, and volumeBuild and maintain strong relationships with Service Partner Management, parts personnel, Key Retail Customer Accounts, and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to improve market coverage and increase spare parts turnoverManage local remanufacturing programs and nominated suppliersEnsure appropriate impress stock levels for retail customers in coordination with Service Partner ManagementPrepare and provide regular reports on spare parts and accessories forecasts, performance, and market activityManage aftermarket retrofit options programs to further expand service offeringsAftermarket & Service MarketingAnalyse the current Carrier Transicold parts portfolio and its competitive positioning in the marketIdentify grey market challenges and develop targeted action plans to capture this businessProvide customers with accurate technical information related to spare parts and service solutionsDevelop and execute spare parts promotional campaigns aligned with local management strategyServe as the primary spare parts point of contact for retail customersCollaborate with CTUK and CTE CRC parts departments to support and drive regional and global programsSupport updates to contract marketing brochures for Service Partners, customers, and Key Account ManagersCustomer Service, Operations & SupportRespond to customer inquiries via telephone and electronic channels and resolve moderately complex issuesCollect, analyse, and interpret customer interaction data to identify trends and recommend service process improvementsDevelop documentation to support the resolution of complex customer issues and complaintsCoordinate with sales, production, shipping, and warehouse teams to expedite orders and resolve delivery issuesManage inventory to prevent surplus or obsolete stock at third-party warehouses and CTUKSupport the development and enhancement of parts ordering IT systems for retail customersMaintain accurate activity and opportunity records within SalesforceAnticipate exceptional requirements to support improvement initiatives or safety-related rectification workProvide aftersales support for assigned customer contractsRequirementsUniversity Degree or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in service sales, aftermarket operations, or customer serviceStrong theoretical to advanced professional knowledge supported by practical experienceWorking knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, and systemsSkillsCustomer-centric mindsetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to manage moderately complex customer and business scenariosCross-functional collaborationCRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)Our CommitmentOur greatest assets are the expertise, creativity, and passion of our employees.
