We are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities
- Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, and vinyl floor patch works.
- Carry out minor repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Perform tasks such as fire door maintenance, ceiling tile replacements, minor wall repairs, patch painting and vinyl flooring repairs.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain asset condition.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in facilities management or building services.
- Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
- Basic carpentry and painting skills.
- Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
