Senior Business Development Manager Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid) We are currently partnering with a prestigious, world-renowned destination venue and international business school in Hertfordshire to find a high-impact Senior Business Development Manager. High-Stakes Sales: You will target high-value accounts, including graduate programs and corporate training contracts worth upwards of £1M+ per year. Team Leadership: You will line manage a BDM and an SDR, overseeing the team’s growth, strategy, and performance. Strategic Outreach: You will leverage the branding of a global leader in corporate education to open doors at the C-suite level.
