About the role
We are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 3 years of experience in small animal practice to join our expanding team. The role offers full or part‑time hours, 20‑minute consultations, and a varied caseload with ample surgical opportunities. There are no financial targets, no out‑of‑hours or on‑call duties, and no sales targets.
Salary
£42,000 – £65,000, awarded commensurate with experience.
Location
Seaton area, Devon – south‑east Devon coast.

Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver high‑quality small‑animal care through 20‑minute consultations.
- Manage a varied caseload with surgical procedures.
- Work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings; no out‑of‑hours or on‑call duties.
- Focus on patient care without sales targets.
Requirements:
- Valid UK veterinary licence.
- Minimum 3 years experience in small‑animal practice.
- Commitment to patient welfare and team collaboration.
