Overview

As a Multi Skilled Shift Technician with a global heavy industrial manufacturer, you will be responsible for the execution of reactive and PPM maintenance across all aspects of the process, building and site systems. This role requires a Multi Skilled Shift Technician with a recognised apprenticeship and extensive experience gained within heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out fault finding, planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on electrical machinery & systems.
  • Delivering services within a safety critical environment.
  • Execution of planned and unplanned shutdown activities.
  • Working with a “safe system” of work in a permit to work highly regulated environment.
  • Working with and supporting external maintenance service providers.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • NVQ (level 3 preferred) / HNC / HND with significant experience gained in a heavy industry.
  • Proven maintenance experience within a complex operational environment (Oil & Gas, Recycling, Sewage Works, Cement, Petrochemical and Heavy Industrial Process).
  • Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
