The business developer role comes with a salary of £60,000 – £90,000 + a 20% bonus, and uncapped commission, as well as other benefits.

Responsibilities and duties of the business developer role
- Drive commercial growth by partnering with Independent Connection Providers (ICPs) and commercial developers
- Secure long‑term network adoption assets
- Act as the bridge between technical design and commercial strategy
- Work closely with technical, legal, engineering, and operational teams
Professional qualifications
- 5+ years experience in business development around ICPs, IDNOs or renewable development.
- Good technical understanding of the tendering processes
- Someone adaptable, who can build in different markets
