The Role This is a commercially focused Account Manager role responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of Social Housing customers. You’ll drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, long‑term relationship building, and consultative solution selling.
Key Responsibilities Manage the overall engagement, health, and commercial performance of assigned accounts Drive revenue growth by identifying and converting white‑space opportunities within existing customers Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive‑level decision makers Understand customer business drivers and challenges to position solutions effectively Deliver compelling solution demonstrations and produce high‑quality commercial proposals Navigate complex organisational structures and extended deal cycles to successful close Own pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and achievement of sales targets Create, execute, and maintain structured account development plans
What We’re Looking For Essential~3+ years’ experience in SaaS or software account management within complex or enterprise environments~ Proven track record of consistent performance against revenue or quota targets~ Strong stakeholder management skills and experience selling multi‑stakeholder solutions~ Consultative sales approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills~ Ability to manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to close~ Comfortable using CRM systems and producing professional proposals and business communications
Advantageous Experience selling into Social Housing or wider public sector organisations Exposure to digital transformation, platform, or enterprise software solutions
