Rentokil Graduate Pest Control Technician – Travelling Role

Role Overview

As a Graduate Pest Control Technician you will join our specialist team covering key branches across the UK and work in different locations, requiring commitment to travel and staying away from home during the working week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly travel pattern: travel to hotel on Sunday, work Monday to Friday, travel home on Friday by 2‑3 pm for end‑of‑week admin.
  • Nationwide scope: work across London, South East, and other UK locations, often involving long‑distance drives on Sundays and Fridays.
  • Inspect premises and identify pest risks.
  • Tackle pest problems effectively (rodent, insect, bird).
  • Provide expert advice on hygiene and prevention.
  • Complete accurate reports and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • A minimum 2.2 degree in a science/BSc related subject, including Social Science, or a BA in Business Management, Hospitality, or Tourism.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Desire to work hard and enjoy interacting with customers daily.
  • Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
  • May need to pass DBS check depending on role.
