• Draft and negotiate contracts, deeds and documents
• Provide high quality advice ona wide range of residential development matters
• Play an active role in business development

You

• 3+ years PQE
• Track record of successful caseload management with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and excellent drafting skills
• A commercial mindset
