Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Catering Manager to lead our school kitchen, delivering high quality meals for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations and food preparation.
• Plan healthy menus to meet school food standards.
• Manage and supervise catering staff.
• Control budgets, stock and ordering.
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must have an enhanced DBS registered on the online updated service.
• Experience working in a school.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
