Responsibilities
- Support the Sector Director in effective and contractually compliant delivery and attainment of high‑performing service levels to specific high‑profile clients.
- Fully accountable for all commercial and operational aspects of the contracts ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Lead and develop a Bellrock team of ≈15 and a sub‑contracted team of ≈200, ensuring regular feedback through both formal and informal processes.
- Manage a P&L of ≈£11m, demonstrating value for money whilst managing risk and identifying opportunities for strengthening the relationship as they arise.
- Strategically develop the account in partnership with the client to offer additional services and “value add” as appropriate.
- Develop strong client relationships based on trust, providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
- Ensure continuous improvement across the contracts through effective and efficient complaint resolution by identifying root cause and corrective actions.
- Measure and monitor satisfaction across the contracts and provide detailed reporting and analysis on satisfaction trends together with improvement plans as necessary.
- Be the main point of escalation for the key client stakeholder and the internal team as required.
- Promote a positive health and safety culture ensuring any issues and areas of concern are managed and addressed.
- Promote the “Bellrock” culture within the business.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by the Sector Director that are consistent with the postholder’s knowledge and skills necessary for the satisfactory completion of business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of management and operational experience, in client‑facing FM contracts in the public or private sector.
- Ability to achieve SC level security clearance desirable / CTC clearance as a minimum.
- Experience in managing delivery within a PFI contract.
- Experience in Soft Services delivering Security, Cleaning, Catering and Helpdesk services.
- Experience in the delivery of Strategic Integrator contracts.
- Experience in leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing team with a “hands‑on” approach.
- Full budgetary management of a P&L of ≈£11m.
- Commercial experience in delivering all contractual obligations.
- Ability to nurture a strong client relationship and organically maintain and grow a contract.
- Ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability objectives are met and a strong Health & Safety‑focused environment is encouraged.
- Managing multiple priorities and escalations in a challenging, fast‑paced environment.
- Data management, analysis and reporting.
