ACT Developments is seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team on our exciting high-end residential refurbishment projects based in West London. Your key duties will be assisting the Site Manager in establishing and managing the project and construction site, in a safe and diligent manner, supply a first-class service on all construction projects within budget and programme as well as to supervise and lead the site team and sub-contractors.

- Site Supervisor Safety Training Course (SSSTS)
- First Aid at Work
- Competency of all Procore Foreman Tools
- Efficiency with Procore is desirable
Job Responsibilities
- General – Maintain a Safe, Clean, Orderly and Presentable construction site at all times, Delegate and manage weekly task deliverables & goals to operatives to maintain program & quality control
- Order specified materials and general consumables in line with programme, task, and storage requirements
- Identify up and coming works and organise labour accordingly
- Assist management in programming & planning, looking ahead 1-2 weeks to ensure tasks are being completed
- Communication & Information Management – Contribute to a positive open & honest culture, read & understand drawings & formulate information for RFI’s, use Procore to maintain daily diary & photos.
- Quality & Accuracy – Ensure all ACT & sub-contractors are completing works to high standards, perform quality inspections regularly, identify & report snags using Procore
- H&S – Conduct weekly H&S inspections via Procore, complete inductions, ensure ACT’s policies & procedures are being followed, ensure all accidents & near misses are reported & investigated
- Commercial – Maintain accurate record of labour and detailed documentation of site progress via Procore
- Document Control – Liaise with the Document Control Manager on a regular basis, ensuring the highest quality and compliance of all document management deliverables including KPIs, Assist Site management in collaborating Site and Subcontractor information into O&M, Demonstrate Competent and regular use of all Procore Foreman tools.
- Holidays and benefits – 23 days holidays (three to be taken during the Christmas shutdown), Birthday Leave, Length of Service Leave and other listed employee benefits are provided as part of the role.
