This is a true zero‑to‑one build for a premium wellness brand. As the first senior growth hire reporting directly to the founder, you will architect the entire growth engine from scratch. You’ll own the P&L, scale digital acquisition across multiple channels, and transition from a department‑of‑one to a high‑performing team.

What You Will Do
- Own the full growth P&L, managing acquisition, retention, LTV, and CAC targets with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
- Scale the DTC Shopify engine through high‑velocity creative testing, CRO, and managing external agencies for paid media and CRM.
- Develop and execute a robust subscription and retention strategy to drive long-term customer value in the premium CPG category.
The ideal candidate
- 5–8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing at a high‑velocity DTC or CPG brand with proven scaling success.
- Deep technical expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Instagram ad accounts, combined with a strong eye for creative hooks and messaging.
- Scrappy, operator‑led mindset that prioritizes shipping experiments and high‑velocity testing over long‑term strategic decks or abstract planning.
