This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term scheme with strong potential for ongoing work beyond the initial programme.
The Role You will be responsible for managing a civils gang of approximately 9 operatives delivering ducting and associated civils works for 20kV cable installations.
The cable pulling itself will be completed by a specialist contractor once the civils package is complete.

Key Responsibilities– Managing day-to-day site operations– Supervising a gang of approximately 9 operatives– Overseeing ducting installation and associated civils works– Coordinating works with follow-on contractors– Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times– Managing quality assurance and site compliance– Liaising with Engineers, Site Managers, and subcontractors ?
