We’re supporting a boutique business-focused law firm in Henley-on-Thames in the search for a Company Commercial Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts, terms of business, and business sale and purchase transactions, who is confident running matters with a good level of autonomy.
The firm advises businesses across commercial, corporate, litigation and dispute resolution matters, with a pragmatic and commercially astute approach.
The role offers:
- Hybrid working – typically 3 days in the office, 2 from home
- Salary from £50,000 for around 3 years’ PQE, with flexibility for the right person
- 20-25 days’ holiday and 2% pension
- Strong client exposure and the chance to be part of the local business community
Commercial property experience is not required.
Ideal for someone who is local to Henley, enjoys networking, and can confidently handle a broad spread of company commercial work.
