Profectus Recruitment are currently supporting a growing SaaS organisation with the appointment of a Business Development Manager focused on the Healthcare sector. This is a commercially focused role combining both new business generation and strategic account management across NHS and wider public sector environments. The successful individual will play a key role in driving growth, developing long-term client relationships, and positioning a secure SaaS platform and associated professional services within highly regulated environments.
The role would suit someone experienced in selling SaaS, software solutions, or professional services into Healthcare / NHS environments who enjoys managing longer, consultative sales cycles.
Location – UK (Hybrid / Remote with occasional travel to client sites in London & South West England)

Key Responsibilities – Business Development Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Healthcare and public sector organisations Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Digital, Security, Transformation, and Commercial functions Manage consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to close Drive revenue growth through a combination of strategic business development and relationship management
Key Responsibilities – Account Management Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts Build trusted, long-term customer relationships Develop strategic account plans focused on retention and growth Act as a key commercial contact for customers within regulated environments
