We are seeking an Engineering Manager to champion this change. In this role, you’ll be the key driving force behind our transformation, building and scaling new high-performing teams with you at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering career development and technical growth.
  • Delivery & Strategy: Partner with Product Management to define team strategy and translate goals into actionable technical milestones.
  • Engineering Excellence: Drive high standards across architecture, distributed systems, testing, automation, and observability.
  • Growth: Building up your teams
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally across product, design, and data teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years managing, coaching, and recruiting software engineering talent. We’re happy to consider candidates that are already mentoring and leading, but want to officially step into their first EM role.
  • Agile Practices: Proven track record in agile delivery, system architecture design, and problem-solving.
