This is a fast-paced, commercial role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with prestigious clients who expect outstanding service, rapid responses and flawless execution.

Following your initial training period, you will join our shared out-of-hours duty rota, helping deliver Starflight’s 24/7 global charter service.

  • Maintain accurate records within the company’s CRM and operational systems.
  • Represent Starflight professionally at client meetings, aircraft departures and industry events.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company procedures and aviation industry best practice.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience managing the complete charter process from enquiry through to successful flight completion.
  • Strong knowledge of the global private aviation market, including aircraft types, operator capabilities, airport infrastructure and charter regulations.
  • Commercially minded with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to maximise both client satisfaction and company profitability.
  • Proven ability to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporate clients and aircraft operators.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple urgent requests while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Calm and decisive under pressure with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven.
  • Good understanding of aircraft availability, market pricing, positioning and supplier relationships.
  • Confident using CRM systems and aviation sourcing platforms.
  • Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours rota, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to travel within the UK and internationally when required.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience.
  • Annual performance bonus.
  • Generous Christmas bonus.
  • Private healthcare following successful completion of probation.
  • Pension with up to 5% employer contribution.
  • 24 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
