Senior A/C Supervisor for Luxury Residences & Hotels

Reed Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Supervisor for projects across Central London and the M25 corridor, delivering premium residential and hotel environments. The role is hands-on (about 80%) with supervisory duties (about 20%), reporting to the Technical Services Manager.

You will manage a team of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and high standards. Excellent knowledge of VRV/VRF and service/maintenance routines is essential.
