Fleet Reliability & Predictive Maintenance Engineer (E190)

BA Cityflyer is seeking a Fleet Performance Engineer to manage and develop the preventative maintenance programme and lead the airline’s predictive maintenance philosophy for Embraer E190 fleet. You will focus on high reliability, ensuring safe and on-time passenger journeys.

You’ll analyse data to define maintenance tasks, communicate requirements to engineering teams, and deliver reliability reporting while supporting the Maintrol team with troubleshooting and guidance as needed.
