We are a globally headquartered, fast-scaling technology company specialising in advanced grid software solutions that support the transition to smarter, more resilient energy networks. As we expand into the UK market, we are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager / Director to play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving growth.
You will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, with a strong focus on building long-term, strategic relationships with Distribution Network Operators (DNOs). You’ll operate with a high level of autonomy, acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on sales professional – identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and closing high-value deals.
Develop and execute a UK sales strategy aligned with global objectives Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to contract close Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Proven track record in B2B sales within the energy, utilities, or grid technology sector Strong existing network and experience working with UK DNOs Experience selling software, SaaS, or digital solutions into complex organisations Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
