Overview:

We’re a beauty-specialist agency partnering with some of the biggest names in the industry and we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Executive to join our growing team.

This isn’t your typical affiliate role. You’ll be hands-on within TikTok Shop, embedded in creator culture, and focused on turning the right talent into authentic brand advocates who drive real commercial results.

Working closely with the wider Affiliate team and reporting into an Affiliate Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping scale and nurture high-performing creator communities across multiple beauty brands.

The Role:

As an Affiliate Executive, you’ll support the growth and performance of our clients’ TikTok Shop creator communities, from sourcing emerging talent to managing campaigns and analysing performance.

You’ll work collaboratively with internal teams across creator marketing, social, and commerce, contributing ideas, spotting opportunities, and helping shape community growth strategies.

Affiliate Recruitment

  • Identify and outreach to relevant creators for seeding and paid campaigns, managing communication from first contact through to content going live.

Campaign Support

  • Assist with paid affiliate campaigns including creator sourcing, brief creation, content approvals, and uploads.

Day-to-Day Campaign Management

  • Coordinate seeding campaigns end-to-end inclusive of; tracking product sends, chasing content, logging deliverables, securing ad codes, and ensuring timelines are met.

Community Management

  • Manage affiliate communities via Lark and other channels, keeping creators engaged through daily communication, competitions, and ongoing support with briefs and product requests.

Creator Relationship Building

  • Nurture and support the growth and engagement of creator communities by building strong day-to-day relationships with affiliates. Support creators in gaining a stronger understanding of what makes high-performing, GMV-driving content, whilst supporting wider community development initiatives such as learning modules, trend sharing, creator events and educational sessions designed to inspire and upskill creators.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor content and campaign performance, identifying wins, challenges, and optimisation opportunities with a strong conversion-led mindset.

Admin & Operations

  • Maintain accurate trackers, update Seller Center dashboards, and support with reporting and data entry on a daily basis.

Trend Spotting

  • Stay up to date with TikTok trends, emerging creators, and platform updates – regularly bringing fresh ideas, talent, and creative opportunities to the wider team and creator communities.

TikTok LIVE Support

  • Assist with LIVE campaign logistics where needed, including creator briefing, scheduling, and post-event reporting.

  • Someone who thrives working as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with creators daily
  • Commercially minded, with an interest in performance and conversion
  • Proactive, curious, and always on top of trends
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or influencer/affiliate marketing is a plus (but not essential)
