The Role

• Managing a mixed caseload of private and public family law matters
• Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients at all stages of proceedings
• Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation
• Representing clients at court hearings and negotiations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes

The Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years’ PQE in family law
• Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong client-care and communication skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
