Our client is a well‑known leading UK consultancy working on a major commercial buildings project near St Paul Cathedral in London.
Position: Contract Structural Resident Engineer
Contract length: 12 months, starting end of May 2026 (or early July 2026).
Location: Central London.
Hourly rate: £50‑55 outside IR35.
Requirements: Previous experience on large‑scale London sites is a significant preference.
