About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Cold Email Communication: Compose and send engaging cold emails to prospective clients, introducing our products and services, and execute email outreach tactics to generate new business prospects.
  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads within the target market, and maintain an up‑to‑date lead database.
  • Database Management: Conduct regular clean‑up to maintain data accuracy and use CRM tools to organize, track, and manage leads efficiently.
  • Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inquiries, provide relevant information, and nurture relationships through follow‑ups.
  • Call Scheduling: Coordinate calls with interested leads to discuss their needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead conversion, monitor and report key performance indicators.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record in new business and sales.
  • External sales experience – visiting clients.
  • Good technical knowledge.
  • Confidence in closing sales.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Dynamic, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure proactively.
  • Motivated by targets.
  • Proficient use of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
  • Substantial use of LinkedIn.
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, Career Services, Human Services, Social Science (IT background a plus).

Salary and Benefits

This is an unpaid internship leading to a permanent job role. After 3 months of unpaid training, the remuneration will be 2,200-2,400 K, and after 6 months sponsorship will be provided.
