Executive Director, Fundraising and Communications

About the Organization
Founded in 2007 by King Charles III alongside a group of British Asian entrepreneurs and philanthropists, the organization seeks to combine entrepreneurial thinking, private sector partnerships and innovative finance to address poverty, inequality and injustice in South Asia.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategy across committed fundraising and communications teams and build a high‑performing, insight‑led function with clear accountability for income growth.
- Deliver and grow income against ambitious targets, focusing on high‑value and strategic funding streams.
- Lead a communications strategy that drives engagement, strengthens the brand and directly supports fundraising and income generation.
- Work with trustees and senior volunteers to enhance and drive forward high‑level relationships for the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of securing and scaling high‑value income, including major gifts, corporate partnerships and strategic funding relationships.
- Self‑start, clear strategic thinker and pace‑setter within a growing organization.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience in leading integrated fundraising and communications programmes.
