A prestigious US Law Firm based close to City Thameslink is looking to hire an CRM Specialist to support the rollout of their new CRM system and lead on championing the software across their London office.

Reporting into the Senior Events Manager and CRM team based in the US, this exciting and varied CRM Specialist opportunity will see the successful individual play a central part in the London office’s transition from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud, taking ownership of CRM data quality, act as the local subject‑matter expert, and help embed best practice across the office to ensure the CRM is accurate, trusted and used effectively.

The CRM Specialist will possess;

• Degree, ideally in either Marketing, Business, English, Communications
• Hands‑on experience with Intapp DealCloud and InterAction in a professional services environment is essential
• Experience in a CRM data focused Marketing position in a law firm or large corporate organistion
• Excellent IT skills and experienced in Excel, using databases and ability to adapt to new technology and processes
• Strong organisation and creative skills and a positive and flexible approach
