Job Description

Are you passionate about data, systems, and driving continuous improvement? We’re looking for a PMO Tooling Analyst to join our Group Functions Change team. This role supports the PMO Tooling Lead in managing and optimising our tooling suite, including our Portfolio & Programme Management tool (PPM), SharePoint, and Power BI. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our processes are efficient, our reporting is accurate, and our tools are used to their full potential.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the maintenance and optimisation of the PPM tool and reporting suite
  • Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data views
  • Monitoring tooling configuration and validating new functionality
  • Completing health checks and reviewing reporting anomalies
  • Coaching users and enabling PMOs to train the wider PM community
  • Administering tools including access requests and data clean-ups
  • Identifying and sharing continuous improvement opportunities
  • Enhancing governance and reporting standards across the portfolio

Qualifications

  • Experience with systems administration, configuration, and reporting
  • Knowledge of Power BI, PPM tools, and data visualisation techniques
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to model data and use DAX and Power Query effectively
  • Familiarity with project management processes and performance metrics
  • Confidence in coaching and training others on tooling usage
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
