Hybrid Working – Central London

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the growing Digital Performance team of an award winning media agency. They are looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager to lead digital planning activity for one of the agency’s flagship clients within the energy sector.

This is a client-facing role, focused on managing integrated digital campaigns end-to-end while building strong client relationships and driving strategic digital performance initiatives.

The role has a strong focus across Display, Programmatic, CTV, YouTube, Paid Social (Meta & TikTok), and wider digital media planning.

Working closely with specialist activation teams, you will oversee campaign delivery, optimisation, reporting, and performance insights, while also contributing to innovation and digital best practice across the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital campaign planning, activation oversight, and reporting across Display, Programmatic, CTV, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Collaborate with media partners and activation teams to ensure successful end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign management and respond to ad hoc client requests.
  • Support innovation initiatives and contribute to digital best practices within the wider team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a media agency digital planning or digital performance role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end digital campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and commercially minded, with a strong interest in digital innovation and emerging platforms.
  • It is possible that you may be currently working as a Digital Account Manager/ Digital Planning Manager or similar and are now ready to step up to the Senior Manager level.
