Overview

We are seeking passionate Electrical Engineers and other trade professionals to join our dynamic team of educators and curriculum managers. This role involves delivering engaging lessons, overseeing programmes, developing curriculum, and supporting students in practical trades such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding, and Automotive.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and practical lessons that help students build hands‑on skills.
  • Oversee successful delivery of engineering programmes, managing a team of educators and ensuring the curriculum aligns with industry standards.
  • Develop, implement, and manage high‑quality curriculum content.
  • Provide training and support for staff to achieve teaching qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in one or more of the following trades: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or Automotive.
  • Previous experience in the relevant trade industry is essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to helping students achieve their potential.
  • No formal teaching qualifications required; training to achieve QTS may be provided.
