Working cross-functionally with senior leaders, you will:

• continually ensure that pricing decisions are accurate, competitive and anchored in robust model governance
• use your team’s models and insights to drive commercial performance
• be instrumental in ensuring the firm’s pricing strategy stays ahead of the curve of market and industry trends.

What will I need?

• A deep understanding of pricing models, governance and commercial performance metrics
• experience of developing technical talent within specialist teams
• strong communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to translate complex information into clear outputs in order to make confident decisions
• motor pricing experience is also a must.
